WHAT TO KNOW & EXPECT

How to enroll

  1. Schedule a Personal Tour:

    • Take a tour of our facility to explore our classrooms, meet the staff, and get a feel for our environment. We’re happy to answer any questions during the visit.

  2. Submit Registration Packet

    • Complete the registration packet and provide the following documents:

      • Shot Record

      • Registration Fee ($40)

    • Deadline: All required documents must be submitted by September 1 to secure enrollment.

    Note: A child can be enrolled at any time during the year, and they can start the same day if all requirements are met!

Enrollment dates

  • Pre-K Program:
    Starts every year in early August. In 2025, the start date will be August 6.

  • Ladybug and Butterfly Rooms:
    Children can begin at any time during the year.

Tuition & fees

Pre-K Program

  • State-funded, so no tuition required.

  • Parents may have additional fees for before/after-school care or holiday care.

Part-time & Full-time Options

  • See further information under the Drop-In Care section.

Fee Breakdown

  • Registration Fee: $40

  • Supply Fee: None

  • Deposit: None required

Sibling Discounts:

  • One child, half-day (4.5 hours): $30

  • Each additional half-day child from the same family: $25

  • One child, full-day (more than 4.5 hours): $45

  • Each additional full-day child from the same family: $40.

Required forms

Enrollment Application
Required for all new students.

Emergency Contact Form
We need up-to-date contact info for your child’s safety.

Immunization or Medical Forms
Proof of immunizations or medical history is needed.

Parent Handbook & Policy Packet
This will be provided upon enrollment.

Additional Forms (provided upon enrollment):

  • Wellness Check Form

  • Allergy Form

  • Written Illness Policy

  • Food Program Form (for income verification)
